• Personal Information: Full name, email address, birthdate.
• Demographic & Visual Data: City, country, gender, and optionally your selfie.
• System Data: Browser type, IP address, interaction history.
• Genomic Match ID (GenomNO): An anonymized user code generated at registration.

2. Why We Collect It

• Match and compare you with individuals born on the same exact date.
• Provide annual reports based on shared characteristics.
• Conduct advanced research and analysis, including phenotypic and behavioral correlations relevant to genomic studies.
• Power the long-term scientific goal of exploring personality, physical similarity, and potentially genomic patterns using anonymized population data.

We emphasize: This data is extremely sensitive and we treat it accordingly.

3. Use for Research & Scientific Purposes

• Statistical analysis and visual pattern recognition.
• Development of long-term studies on human genetics, sociological clusters, and psychological traits.

You will never be individually identified in any public or private research publication.

4. Age Policy

BirthdayDNA has no minimum or maximum age restriction. However, users under local age of digital consent must use the platform with the knowledge and supervision of a legal guardian.

5. Data Rights

• Request access or correction to your data.
• Opt-out of communications.
• Request deletion of your record — only if you provide your unique GenomNO (sent via email upon signup) and matching identifiable information for security purposes.

Without a matching GenomNO and identity confirmation, we cannot guarantee deletion due to anonymization protocols.
